Get an overview of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Participants will learn to identify legal obligations, recognize and respond to accommodation requests, engage in the interactive process, and avoid disability-related employment discrimination.  We will also explore best practices for hiring and retaining skilled and talented employees with disabilities. This training is geared toward employers, managers, and HR professionals.
